Digital Agriculture Mission

The Digital Agriculture Mission (DAM) is an initiative by the Government of India, with an outlay of Rs. 2817 Crore, including the central share of Rs. 1940 Crore. particularly through the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, aimed at modernizing and transforming Indian agriculture using digital technologies. Launched in September 2021, the mission aligns with the broader goals of increasing productivity, profitability, sustainability, and resilience in the agriculture sector.
