Ahaan Panday’s Debut Film Saiyaara Becomes One of the Biggest Hits of the Year
Ahaan Panday’s first film Saiyaara, featuring two fresh faces, has firmly secured its place among the biggest blockbusters of the year. On Wednesday alone, the film earned ₹21 crore, taking its total saiyaara box office collection to ₹153.25 crore.

According to Sacnilk, Mohit Suri’s musical drama Saiyaara saw a slight dip in box office numbers on Wednesday. Interestingly, Tuesday (July 22) drew in more viewers than Monday, thanks to discounted ticket offers from several national cinema chains.
Within just its opening weekend, Saiyaara box office collection made ₹83 crore, making it one of the top five highest first-weekend grossers of 2025.

What’s also turning heads is that neither Ahaan Panday nor co-star Aneet Padda participated in any promotional events prior to the film’s release.

The title track Saiyaara, featuring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, has reached No. 7 on Spotify’s Global Top 50 list.
Saiyaara is running without any competing Hindi releases and will continue to screen for two weeks with free shows.
Even before the film’s release, singer Faheem Abdullah, who lent his voice to the track, went viral on Instagram.
Renowned trade analyst Taran Adarsh praised the film’s performance, stating,
“Tuesday’s numbers were higher than Monday’s—and Monday was even stronger than Friday! What makes this achievement even more impressive is that these numbers came on regular weekdays. The discounted ticket campaign helped, no doubt, but there’s no denying the film is unstoppable.”

The film continues to exceed expectations. For five consecutive days, it has earned over ₹20 crore per day—a benchmark even major films often struggle to maintain.
